In today’s fast-paced and demanding world, it is crucial for individuals to prioritize self-care and personal health. Developing a strong value for self-care not only enhances physical well-being but also nurtures mental, emotional, and spiritual health. Under this project we will work with children, adolescent and women of rural/ slum areas of Gujarat.

Children (3-5 years)

Teaching children to love themselves involves fostering a positive self-image, building self-esteem, and encouraging self-acceptance. By nurturing concept of self-love, children develop a strong sense of self-worth and resilience. Whereas engaging them in age-appropriate physical activities and encourage healthy food choices and practicing techniques such as hand washing and dental care will help them understand the importance of their physical and mental well-being. By promoting concepts of self-love and prioritizing health among 3-5 years children we empower them with self-confidence and a strong sense of identity.

Adolescents & Women

Encouraging healthy habits such as regular exercise, balanced nutrition, sufficient sleep, promoting mental well-being through stress management techniques, fostering positive relationships with the loved ones will lead them towards a healthy state of mind. Teaching self-care practices such as self-compassion, setting boundaries; seeking support when needed nurtures their overall health and self-esteem. By instilling these values, they are empowered to prioritize their well-being.
