Avani Ambujakshan wears many hats and is the mind and heart of Mulya Foundation. She is a professional social worker with extensive off and on field experience in key areas of social security schemes, child education, women & child health and many more. Her field experiences have enabled her to perceive problems with the depth and empathy it requires. This has helped her develop various grass root level projects implemented by Mulya Foundation. With one effort at a time, she is working towards all individuals of the society becoming learned, empathetic and kind citizens of the society who can impart their skills or fulfill their responsibility when they start working.
Ishita Padhiar is a professional social worker with experience in Human Resource (HR) and Management. Having worked with Top Level Management at reputed organizations, her forte is relationship development, communication, decision making etc. She is soul of Mulya Foundation who is involved in decision making, implementation & execution both at Management and grassroot level. Her aim is to empower women and children with the right tools and skills.
Jemimah Christian, the backbone of Mulya, is a professional social worker with diverse experience working in all three urban, rural, and tribal communities. Bringing her knowledge,skills and experience together for the best interest of Children and women. Her deep knowledge of Gender equality helps the community to be more sensitized on this particular aspect. Her experience working with children makes her more empathetic towards children and their health and education. Since a family is the main and fundamental agent of socialization of a child, her goal is to impart positive and constructive efforts to make the society a better place to live. Focusing on this goal, she helps children to cultivate a desire to study more with possible all creative ideas. Her aim is to work for the vulnerable, destitute and deprived people and to promote gender equality
